Working from home, as discussed earlier can have several limitations. We cannot expect everyone to be equally efficient while working from remote places. So, here are some additional tips to maintain productivity while working from home.
Leader must ensure, setting up expectations for every employee from the start itself by outlining daily expectations and weekly tasks, despite the initiative capabilities of any employee. It’s a leader’s responsibility to keep employees with unequal capabilities on same page. A leader, to bring out max from every employee, can ask or motivate employees to work in their high productivity hours.
“A leader is one who sees more than others see, who sees farther than others see, and who sees before others see.” So it becomes her responsibility to keep employees’ productivity and efficiency maintained while working from home.
